Looking for a supercoolchillgroovy filmmaking bud/roommate.

I have a room for rent in my home and I would like to have someone who is as passionate as I am about filmmaking to join La Familia.

Here are the specs:

3bd/2ba home in Citrus Heights near Fair Oaks & Oak Ave. The house is 1250 SqFt, new washer and dryer in the garage, fireplace, shed outback, big backyard, BBQ grill, open floor kitchen, dinning room, living room with 42inch flat screen, sofa and love seat. Room has a ceiling fan/light, large mirror closet and new blinds. Easy freeway access and close to Sierra College and American River College.

Rent is $500/month with a $500 deposit. Rent covers all utilities (electric, water, cable, internet).

I'm easy go get along with and work full time at a tv station in town and love independent filmmaking, photography, love to read, write, dance, work out, travel, hang out with friends and family. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with, respectful, clean, social, drama free and was born to make or be in movies =P
