I noticed you studied for a time at JRP. I actually taught there myself for about six years. I don't remember meeting you. Could be I just never had you in a class. At any rate, I left JRP because I didn't approve of some of their practices not to mention I thought their classes were outrageously expensive. I am continuing to teach on my own and try to make the classes affordable and a REAL learning experience. My classes meet in my home EVERY Monday night and students may pay by the class ($40) or purchase a block of four classes for $140. You should give it a try. I am having class THIS Monday at 7:00. Give it a try. It will only cost you $40 and you MIGHT become addicted. :-)

I'd like to invite you to a very important mixer event for our black and brown film professionals in town. It's the Urban Film Maker's Summit: Oct. 23rd at 6:30pm. Venue is Carols Books at 1903 Del Paso blvd.

This unique mixer/meeting will feature food, networking and a conversation on what opportunties exist for actors, film makers and related artists.. Plus, we'll highlight the Cine Soul and Cine Latino upcoming film festivals!
